An update on how im Doing!

Hello all, Lewis here or as the interwebs know me as SfynX. Im sorry ive never updated my wordpress mainly because of forgetting it but also because ive been busy most of the time. I thought id update my blog with what im up too nowadays so heres what ive been up 2:
Apprenticeship: Ive been on an Apprenticeship Cource/Work at ITPS (IT Professional Services) for roughly 3+ Months now and finally i can safely say for the first time in a number of months…life is start to look up! Im getting money, experience and meeting new people plus because im a 1st Line IT Analyst im on the phones everyday so im getting my communications up alot as well!

Now with that out of the way lets get GAMING!

Now that im backup into TF2 ive already got myself into a team which have sadly now folded but it was a gr8 experience, mainly Divison 3/2 (Players SfynX, BvD, Jimmis, TopGear, Looper, Akill/Psunfragga). Now however I had a message from Anderson who plays for Arm3d (high Div2) looking for an allrounder to join which is where im at atm, im really impressing them and they seem to blend in well with my playstyle. coming monday will be the decider but perry promised me that il most likely get in!

My Thoughts: Call fo Duty: Modern Warfare 2!

The Call of Duty series has always been a titan of the flock in todays gun hungry society, competing against the big guns like Counter Strike/Source, Quake, Unreal Tournament to name a few. Looking down a sight of a real weapon can now be achieved with the new combat engine that the COD series brings to the table, aim down the sights for long range and from hip for close combat. Spanning to an upcoming 5th instalment for any game is simply outstanding since its the first FPS to do so. the Fifth installment simply known as Modern Warfare 2 is the son of what many call the most popular CoD game ever, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the first modern time game from the series. From the gameplay footage that we seen at E3 everyone is hyped as hell, however the it appears the game hasnt really seen any changes apart from new weapons, gadgets and storyline.
Im not saying this is a bad thing, infact its my vote for the best combat system and storyline in an fps game, but if you have seen the footage then I think you would say the same.
As for the new story its simply continues the original story from Modern Warfare except your not playing as the now promoted Captain “Soap” MacTavish, but as Sgt. Gary “Roach” Sanderson in the Task Force 141 Regiment. Since it does continue the storyline guess who’s the main enemy…if you said those crazy terrorists give yourself a pat on the back. But with that aside my impression on the overall gameplay is simply put OUTSTANDINGLY AWESOME if that makes sense. the looks of the game really resemble the graphics on the first MW but how can you improve on that anyway? exactly you cant! But since I’ve only seen the game in action I really cant make a sizeable impression, so when I do have a copy or a demo if it Ill work on a review.

My Thoughts: Swine Flu?

At first most people in the UK felt safe knowing it was all the way in mexico hundreds of miles away from our boarders…oh boy. well to be honest since there has already been some cases in the North East then it has got me concerned. Even my cousin who is 10 years old is spooked as hell saying to me “I’ll see ya, if im still alive”, but i know its quite common for him to be a bit weary since he watches Big Brother and Paul ‘O’ Grady show whenever its on. But in my point of view the Government are doing the necessary precautions and bringing in Millions of vaccines which should sort the problem or at least keep it from the UK, but in Mexico itself from what iv seen its not fairing too well since the number of deaths are increasing quite quickly over the past 5 days.
Well to be honest I haven’t really got much to say about it other than it will spread knowing people of today who still don’t really listen to the well made advertisement that the Government have made.

Ah well in the next few weeks hopefully things will starts to look up, il cyaz later!
